Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality portraits that you would be proud to hang on your walls and pass on to your children. Heirlooms. I want to be the only photographer you would consider when needing portraits. I hope to be your photographer for life whenever possible. If you are coming to E-n-E Photography for photos- you should know, you’ll only get the best we can offer.
What should I expect when I book a Session with E-n-E Photography?
All of the following is included with every full session:
- The Consultation Appointment – For a successful portrait session-we want to be fully prepared for the day of your session. We’ll go over clothing choices and get a better idea of what you are wanting from your session, i.e. wall portraits, gift prints and questions on pricing & go over payment options, if needed. Getting better acquainted prior to your session– esp. if you have kids- will help the photo session run more smoothly. The Session fee/deposit will be due at this appointment. Session prices may vary depending on the type of session but weekends are an additional $50- At all times- $75 of your session fee or deposit is Non-Refundable if notified of cancellation is under 24 hours- With 25 hours or more advance notice by phone, it can be applied 1 time towards another session within a mutually agreed upon time -
- Your Session indoors OR outdoors within a 15 mile radius of Virginia Beach. We can go further with a mutually agreed upon additional travel fee. If you’d like BOTH indoor & outdoor- there is an additional $100 fee and your Image Proofs double. The Session is for up to 5 people- add $20 for each additional person.
- 15-30 image proofs, minimum -Artistically rendered and ready for viewing at your Preview Appointment.
- Projection Preview Appointment- Unveiling of your photos and order placement. You’ll want to make sure all adults who make decisions come to this appointment- NO CHILDREN, if possible- (nursing babies are welcome). You’ll want to reserve 1-2 hours to go over the proofs and place your order. At this appointment- we’ll go over each image and make decisions on whether they are “Yes”, “Maybe” or “No” Proofs -See Proofs Policy-
- Online, password-protected Gallery of your “Yes & Maybe” Proofs- you will have a link to share with friends & family to see. They can even place an order. (expires 1 week after Preview Appointment).
- Image Portfolio Proof Book -This spiral-bound book is included with all paid full sessions. It will have all your “Yes & Maybe” proofs included with file names for reference-yours to keep forever-This book is available for a small fee with “Be My Guest” or “Mini” Sessions (Please keep in mind- the “Maybe” Proofs will be deleted on the Deletion Date that is set for 3 months after your Preview Session)
- Assistance with hanging of all wall portraits is also available at no charge, upon request
Do you sell the digital files? This is probably the question I get asked most lately. E-n-E Photography now offers 8×10 digital files with unlimited print release for printing up to 8×10 prints (includes 50% off additional gift print orders, 40% off Wall Art and Gallery Wrap Canvases with E-n-E Photography) and permission to print at approved labs is included.

Pricing for all other digital files:
- 1-(8×10) Digital Files, only available with minimum $800 from the current pricemenu:$125 each (up to three)
- 4-(8×10) Digital Files: $800 with no other required purchase.
- $100 each w/ minimum $800 purchase from the current Pricemenu10 or more (8×10) Digital Files, with no required purchase: $150 each. $75 each w/ minimum $800 purchase from the current Pricemenu
- Session Print or Press Orders of $1500 or more: Ask about receiving all digital files at a substantially reduced price.
Do you offer Mini-Sessions? Yes! Several times a year, esp. at Easter, Halloween and before Christmas-we’ll offer mini-sessions with further discounted packages- Get on our mailing list: Newsletter Signup so you don’t miss out on this opportunity.
Do you do Weddings? Yes!! We do not market directly for weddings because weddings are the most demanding work for a photographer- so we limit the number of weddings we’ll even do in a year-in most instances, only 1 per month.- But I definitely do love to capture those very special moments between you two. Give me a call so we can customize a quote for you.
How long do you keep our photos?
Because everything is digital these days- I store the negative data from the images that you order -the ones you say “Yes” to- for as long as I have room on my hard drives- which is a long time- I cannot guarantee the images forever- what with acts of nature beyond my control- but I can guarantee that I will make every effort to locate you when we are archiving and deleting images prior. The images you say “Maybe” to will be on file for three months -before deletion. This is why you need to purchase your photos at your Preview & Order Session.

What is your Guarantee?
Satisfaction & happiness is very important. If you’re unhappy with your images, we’ll do another session at no charge. If you still aren’t happy with the images- we’ll refund your Session fee, no questions asked, provided you tell us prior to your Gallery Expiration.
Do you have a minimum purchase?
Yes, we do. We are happy to take care of your portrait needs and give you excellent service. Our minimum for this is $285 over the session fee- Please keep in mind-The more you commit to E-n-E Photography- the more we give back to you in discounts.

Yes- we do, Visa, Mastercard and Discover
What about a payment plan?
A custom tailored payment plan is available- Time flies and you can’t wait to capture special moments and milestones- If you want the best possible portraiture, but think you have to wait to save money for it- talk to us- we’ll figure out a payment plan that works for you so you can capture those images NOW.
Do you offer any military discounts?
Military members who are deploying are encouraged to get their FREE Session prior to leaving, with their loved ones- We’ll even do it upon return up to 60 days PRE or POST Deployment. Just email or call to arrange a time! Homecoming photography is available as well for a fee that includes digital images. This fee is discounted for current clients in good standing.
